Skyline FIBC maintains quality right from the selection of raw material to the final delivery, the Quality Assurance team ensures that the product meets all the required quality standards followed at each and every stage.

We focus on hygiene and cleanliness to ensure Food and Pharma grade FIBCs are sanitized and free from dust, germs, and pollutants.

At different levels of the manufacturing process, our in house “Quality Assurance System” strictly follows:

Raw material testing – Certified by Major raw material manufacturers
Tape – Yarn width, denier of the yarn, strength, and elongation
Fabric – Size of fabric, mesh, strength, elongation, the weight of fabric in GSM
Cutting – Weaving defects, size of cutting.
Stitching – seam strength, the strength of the bag, the weight of the bag, the mass of the bag, cleaning and printing matter
Packing – Compacting and proper bailing

We fulfill the specific requirement of customers through the most advanced machinery, advance equipped quality control laboratory, highly experienced and expert staff, and approved superior food-grade polymers and other additive materials.

Extrusion:We have 2 Nos. of extrusion; each one has a capacity to produce 600 kgs per hour of Polypropylene tapes of various weights and strengths.
Looms: 49 circular looms to produce fabric of any width and weight including 2 special looms for Ventilated fabric
Belt Weaving : 10 needle looms and 1 Machine for Dustproof making
Lamination : 90 mm Extrusion Coating Plant with a maximum lamination width of 2.05 meters
Fabrication : Fabrillator machine for PP thread for food-grade bags.
Fabric Cutting : Three Jumbo Bag Fabric Cutting Lines of 60″ & 80” widths
Belt Cutting : We have 3 Automatic Belt/Webbing Cutting machines
Printing : 2 printing Machines for Jumbo Bags with a capacity of 4 color printing. One roll to roll printing machine for small woven & sack bags.
Auto Cutting: 2 Auto cutting and stitching machines.
Liner Plants :3 Multilayer extrusion Plant for Liner Using Jumbo bags Stitchin
Gluing Machine : For glue fitted liner.
Metal Detector : For Food grade FIBC Bags.
Multifilament plant : With a capacity from 650 Denier to 4000 Denier.

Clean Room Facility :

We produce FIBCs from its state-of-the-art Clean Room facility to fulfill stringent customer requirements. Our facility is well integrated from the fabric stage to packing with highly maintained hygienic conditions which adhere to global standards such as ISO 9001, ISO 14000, and ISO 22000. Our Clean Room is equipped with world-class equipment.

Testing Lab :

We have the equipment to check the breaking strength of tapes and also ultraviolet testing of tapes. The other types of tests are Elongation Testing, UV Testing, Load Test, Dart Impact Test, Co-efficient of friction testing (slip and anti-slip), Air Permeability test, conductivity testing, UN Testing as per Indian and international standards.
